Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from our global suppliers, which helps us reduce shipping fees.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on your location.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Your Order page to check real-time updates.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

To speed up delivery, we sometimes ship items separately if they come from different suppliers. Don’t worry the rest of your order is on its way!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and other secure payment options.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be processing and on its way.

What is your return policy?

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
