Clarsense Return & Refund Policy

🕒 How Long Do You Have to Return?

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your Clarsense order. This includes items with quality issues, defects, damage on arrival, or items that are simply no longer needed. After 15 days, we’ll still offer support for products covered under local legal protections, just get in touch with us.


🔍 Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Clarsense account → View your order history.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and choose “Return/Refund”.
  3. Pick a reason (e.g., damaged, defective, no longer needed).
  4. Upload any supporting photos/videos and describe the issue.
  5. Review and submit your request.

Once submitted, we’ll review it and share the best return shipping option with you.


🚚 Shipping Responsibilities & Fees

Return costs depend on your situation:

  • For items with quality problems or defects, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (when available) and cover shipping costs.
  • If a return label isn’t available, please arrange and pay for shipping upfront. Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, we’ll refund the item and shipping (if applicable).
  • For "no longer needed" returns, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll still refund the item once it’s received in good condition.

📦 Self-Return Guide

In cases where the item is large, overweight, or a return label isn’t available:

  • Arrange your own courier service and ship the item back.
  • Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number.
  • Send details via your Clarsense account or at contact@clarsense.com
  • Once we confirm receipt and inspect your item, your refund (and any refundable shipping) will be sent via your original payment method.

⏳ When Will You Receive Your Refund?

Typically, refunds are processed within 2–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing times may vary a bit depending on your payment provider.


✅ Condition of Returned Items

To ensure a smooth refund:

  • Product must be returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all accessories and packaging).
  • We may withhold, reduce, or deny refunds for items that are used, damaged, or missing parts.
